We offer three tiers of ceramic coatings with varying lifetime durations: 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year options. Our advanced protective coatings provide superior durability, a deep, glossy finish, and long-lasting protection against environmental contaminants. You can expect your vehicle to shine like new after every wash. We are confident in the quality of our work and the products we use, which is why we offer the following Ceramic Coating Guarantees:

Guarantee Terms:

Duration: The ceramic coating applied to your vehicle is guaranteed to last for the duration advertised (1-year, 3-year, and 5-year) from the date of application, under normal driving conditions and proper vehicle maintenance.
Coverage: This guarantee covers the performance of the ceramic coating, including:
- Hydrophobic properties (water beading and repelling).
- UV protection to prevent paint oxidation and fading.
- Protection against contaminants such as dirt, bird droppings, tree sap, water spots, and light road grime.
- The gloss and shine provided by the coating.
Proper Maintenance: To maintain the integrity of the ceramic coating, it is essential that the vehicle is properly cared for. This includes:
- Regular hand washing using a pH-balanced car shampoo.
- Avoiding abrasive cleaning methods or harsh chemicals that can damage or degrade the coating.
- We recommend periodic maintenance services, such as a ceramic coating maintenance wash, to help preserve the coating’s longevity.
What’s Covered:
- The ceramic coating’s performance in repelling water and contaminants.
- The protection it offers against UV rays and environmental damage.
- The coating’s ability to maintain its shine and gloss when cared for properly.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or harsh cleaning methods (e.g., using abrasive towels, pressure washers, or chemicals not suitable for ceramic-coated surfaces).
- Paint damage caused by physical impacts such as scratches, chips, accidents, or vandalism.
- Deterioration due to exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal wear (e.g., heavy industrial fallout, salt, or acid rain).
- Neglect or failure to follow proper care instructions (e.g., not maintaining the vehicle’s finish according to the recommended guidelines).
Free Reapplication Guarantee: If your ceramic coating fails to perform as promised (e.g., loss of hydrophobic properties, dulling of shine, or inadequate protection) within 3 years and under normal use and maintenance, we will offer a free reapplication of the coating. To qualify for reapplication, the following conditions must be met:
- Complete our Warranty Form {link}
- You must contact us within 7 days of noticing any performance issues with the coating.
- The vehicle must be regularly maintained and washed according to the guidelines provided at the time of service.
Exclusions:
- Damage or wear due to external factors like accidents, vandalism, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
- Improper care, including but not limited to use of harsh chemicals or abrasive washing techniques.
- Any issues resulting from issues unrelated to the coating itself, such as pre-existing paint defects or poor vehicle maintenance.
Transferability: This guarantee is non-transferable and is only valid for the vehicle serviced. If the vehicle is sold or transferred to a new owner, the guarantee is void.

How to Claim:

If you believe the ceramic coat has failed to perform within the lifetime guarantee, please use our Warranty Form to submit your claim. Please be prepared to submit 2 photos with your warranty request. We will reach out to you within 7 days of receipt of your claim. We may arrange a follow-up inspection to assess the condition of the coating. We aim to schedule warranty work within 10 business days of approval.
