Cancellation Policy

At Art of Detailing, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. In order to maintain a smooth scheduling process and ensure fairness for all of our clients, we have outlined our cancellation policy below:

  1. Payment at Booking:
    100% of the payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  2. Cancellations 24-48 Hours Before Appointment:
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24-48 hours of your scheduled service, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied. This fee can be credited towards a future booking.
  3. Cancellations on the Day of Appointment:
    If you cancel on the day of your scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Of this 50%, 20% can be applied to a future booking.
  4. No Call / No Show:
    If you fail to maintain your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will incur a 100% charge for the service.
