Auto Detailing Maintenance Subscription Agreement

This Auto Detailing Maintenance Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Art of Detailing (“Service Provider” or “we”) and the customer (“Customer” or “you”) who has enrolled in the Auto Detailing Maintenance Subscription Program (“Subscription”). By signing up for or using the Subscription, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Subscription Overview

After the completion of an Interior (&/or) exterior detailing service, you may opt into the Auto Detailing Maintenance Subscription. This subscription provides ongoing maintenance for your vehicle and includes the following:

Initial 90-Day Period:
During the first 90 days of your subscription, you will receive 3 maintenance mini-details that can be used at your convenience. These mini-details must be used within 90 days of your initial service, and any unused mini-details will expire at the end of the 90-day period.
Month-to-Month Subscription:
After the first 90 days, your subscription will automatically convert to a month-to-month plan. You will receive 1 maintenance mini-detail every 30 days. Unused mini-details do not carry over into the next month.

2. Maintenance Mini-Detail Service

Each mini-detail includes a basic interior & exterior cleaning, which may consist of the following services (depending on the service package you select):

Hand wash and drying of the vehicle exterior
Tire and wheel cleaning
Light vacuuming and interior wipe-down (if included)
Window cleaning
Application of a light protective coating (if applicable)

Please note that this is a maintenance-level service and does not include a full exterior detail, paint correction, or other services that are outside the scope of the maintenance plan.

3. Payment Terms

Payment at Enrollment:
You must provide a valid credit card at the time of subscription sign-up. Your credit card will be charged the full price for the 90-day period upfront.
Recurring Charges:
After the first 90 days, your subscription will automatically convert to a month-to-month plan. You will be charged monthly at the then-current subscription rate on the same day each month.
Automatic Renewal:
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel as provided in Section 6 below.

4. Card on File

By enrolling in the Subscription, you authorize Art of Detailing to store your payment card information securely. Your credit card will be charged for each billing cycle (initial 90-day period and subsequent monthly charges). You may update or change your card details at any time through your account or by contacting us.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation Process:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a written email request to [Insert Email Address]. Your cancellation will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. You will not be charged for the subsequent billing period after cancellation, but you will not receive any refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.
Effect of Cancellation:
If you cancel your subscription before the 90-day period is complete, you will still receive all the mini-details within the remaining term of your subscription. After cancellation, you will not be able to use any remaining mini-details from that subscription. If your subscription is in the month-to-month phase, you will continue to have access to the maintenance mini-detail for the current billing cycle but will not be billed for the next month.
Failure to Cancel:
If you do not cancel the subscription, it will continue on a month-to-month basis, and you will continue to be charged until you cancel in writing.

6. No Refunds

Refunds are not available for any payments made under this Subscription, including any unused mini-details. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to receive services for the remainder of the current billing period but will not receive a refund for any unused services.

7. Service Availability

Booking Maintenance Mini-Details:
You can schedule your maintenance mini-details through our website, or by contacting us directly. Appointments are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Service Limitations:
The maintenance mini-detail services are subject to availability and may be subject to delay due to weather conditions, high demand, or other circumstances outside of our control. You will be notified of any changes to your scheduled service.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

Service Limitations:
While we strive to provide the highest quality service, the maintenance mini-details provided under this subscription are designed to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of your vehicle, not to restore heavily soiled or damaged paintwork. Any paint correction, restoration, or deep cleaning services are not included in the maintenance plan.
Damages:
Art of Detailing will not be responsible for damages to your vehicle that arise from factors beyond our control, such as pre-existing paint conditions, accidents, or environmental factors.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Subscription Agreement, including pricing and service offerings, at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing, and you will have the opportunity to review and accept the revised terms before they take effect.
